Weekly Update Tracker, operated by TJM Capital Partners. Effective 21 September 2026.
What this application is
Weekly Update Tracker is an internal tool used only by TJM Capital Partners staff. It is not available to the public. It exists to update a Google Sheet the firm owns with financial figures from its portfolio companies, and to email the operating team member a receipt of each update.
What Google data it accesses
Google Sheets (spreadsheets scope): the application reads and writes cells in one spreadsheet owned by TJM Capital Partners, identified by its spreadsheet ID in the application's configuration. It does not open, list, or read any other spreadsheet or Drive file.
Gmail (send-only scope): the application sends plain-text email from the signed-in user's account to an address configured by that same user. It cannot read, search, or modify any email.
How the data is used and stored
Spreadsheet values are read to compare them with new figures and written to update them. Copies of the written values, the source file they came from, and a log of each run are stored on the operating team member's own computer. Nothing is sent to any third party. No advertising, analytics, or profiling is involved.
The Google authorization token is stored on the operating team member's computer and used only by this application. It can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which stops all access immediately.
Limited use
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide the functionality described above and is never sold, shared, or used for any other purpose.
